What should I do to get justice ?

How will I get the justice ? My husband has no fear of any law system. I feel he will try to sell his house and run away rather than paying me alimony.why girls have to suffer always ? Why don’t govt should make some systems that girls life should not be scribble? Don’t we have remedies who can create fear in my laws and husband life ?

You can file petition for domestic violence and can also file petition for divorce against him. If you are looking for maintenance you can file a case for maintenance as well. Definitely there is law and order which can protect your rights. In order to avail legal services you may consult me.

Whatever matrimonial dispute you have with your husband can be resolved through mediation with the help of the court. if you have been subjected to cruelty or any sort of Harassment is faced by the girl then there are plenty of remedies.

there is proper law made by the government for the protection of woman. if you have the order from the court regarding the alimony than you can give application for the apprehension that he could sell the property. court can restrain him from doing so.
