What legal steps when father is harassed by wife and his son

My dad is very critical he totally paralysed and on the bed by the tortures of my brother and mother by the way he's suffering from alzemir disease and they are doing Ayurveda treatment and there are worse effect on my dad body after that Ayurveda treatment and still my mother and brother are doing same treatments and when I ask why your doing this again and again they openly said we want him to die asap so we can get all his property and I asked my brother what he said i'll do anything with anyone.. Sir please contact asap possible I cant take this anymore and I'm Hindu Brahmin..
Its better you should file a complaint to police station regarding these incident or you can file a case under mental health act for admitting your father to proper medical treatment.. and its for your information if you father died due to the act of your brother and if it is proved he ill never get any right from his father property

No one should torture someone like this and that the right of life is enshrined in our constitution as a basic right all the matter is with the fact that you want to save his life and to give him a better treatment you shall file a writ of habeas corpus for your father and save him and it shall be filed in the hon high court of your jurisdiction
