What happens if sex happens before promise is marriage

Girls says promise happened on x date and sex happened prior to it then?

No problem if she has concent or consensual sex between both the parties than, it's not a rape it's choice, or if you are in fear that sge cN file fakse raoe case than you can file private complaint against her. And she doesn't know about this complaint until you tell her it's a hidden case u can reachme out if you are worrying about this

if sexual intercourse was without consent, it would still be an act of rape. if it was with consent and boy has proof that sex was with consent, then he will be absolved of charges even if false allegation are made that there was no consent.

It is not necessary that Dates of promise of marriage and sex must b same. If a girl alleges that a person had a sexual intercourse wih her on a promise of marriage then the person can b charged under Section 376 of IPC.

The onus of proof is on boy, in such cases law favours a girl however if a boy has sufficient evidence indicating that sex happen was consensual then there is chance for boy . For which I have to discuss in detail with you Thanks
