What can I do if a company is committing fraud with me?

07-Feb-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I paid for laser hair removal sessions with a big company in 2020, January. I paid roughly 60k for 7 sessions. I took 1.5 sessions when COVID hit and I completely stopped stepping out of my house. In 2022, when things got better, I was being treated for a skin allergy and was not allowed to get a laser done. When things got better and I returned to the company, they made up fabricated dates and said I have already used the 7 sessions. They have no signature by me, the dates they have mentioned were peaks of covid and I absolutely did not visit the centre. nDespite repeated requests for a resolution, the company is not providing any response. Is there anything I can do legally?

If they are not listening to you then you can always serve them a legal notice and in that notice you can write either refund my money back along with compensation or face legal action OR do the necessary treatment. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Dear client You may sue the company under the consumer protection act or else file a commercial suit. Both will be time consuming so I advice you try resolving the matter by serving a legal notice upon them demanding specific performance or else refund of the amount paid. Regards

You can send them a Legal notice asking them to either return the money you paid or give you the proposed treatment you were receiving before covid. In case they deny to respond you have the remedy to approach the court of your jurisdiction with clean hands.
