I look for extended details before anything. Hence, first let me have that info before I could provide any advice on this matter. I would like to have more information on this matter since I feel a host of info you have shared is neither possible to understand nor does it make sense. Do check my mail in sometime and let's take it from there so we get to a closure. Hence, please find my email and act accordingly.

There is always two options in this type of matter accounting to me
Either you go to higher court which is high court as you have refused to get bail in session court
FRIST you have to find what is the reason behind this cancellation of the bail . Then only go to high court.
Normally 420 is consider as small crime .
So need to panic
Secondly u can apply in same court change of circumstances

Dear Mr X, you can go to high court against Session court order. If session court also give you the same then you you can go through Supreme Court against the order. It's depend upon you case. The nature of case.

If the chargesheet is file than accused can file fresh bail application.. otherwise wait for the same .. or if there is change in circumstances then also fresh bail application can be file
In same sessions court otherwise Apple can be file in high Court
