What action can be taken against false FIR under section 156(3)

My sister got married in Dec 2014. Her husband filed a criminal case on June 6,2018 against us under section 156(3) under crpc 147,148,149,307,452,392,323,504,506. According to him, we enter into his house forcefully on Feb 23,2015 and made them prisoner inside the house on gun point. And looted all things from his house. It's been more than 3 years and now he successfully got the FIR order from court. Can somebody suggest what can be done here as this type of incident never happened? Only FIR has been written till now. What shall we do?

In cases as such the immediate requirement is to attain the order of stay upon your arrest, which should be the primary concern i further presume that you will not be the only accused in the FIR.

Hi, if the fir has been lodged against you and your family members. Then first thing you should to do go before the high court and filed a written petition for quashing the said fir and stay of your arrest during the course of pending investigation, otherwise police may arrest you at any time
