If u are wrongly accused as habitual offender file a writ for investigation in the matters /cases registered against u in High court ,further get the warrant stayed from the high court by filling writ petition and get interim relief arrest of stay. Contact me for further help.

you can go to the court of law and get an anticipatory bail get the warrent which your mother had recieved if it's not a serious offence then you will get a regular bail but for that matter first we have to see what are offences that are framed against you

No not to be worried, they are not going to arrest you, go to your Executive Magistrate's Court (DM/SDM/TEHSILDAR) with that notice of 110 they will ask you to file a personal bond for three years. Notice of 110 is not in itself an offence, you won't be getting arrested for the same. Sometimes executive magistrates may ask for surety (jamanat) then be prepared with that as well.

From the brief description of facts it seems that you will have to file an anticipatory bail application. PS: Please do not consider as my legal advice. Accurate legal advice can only be given upon perusal of documents and a detailed interview with the client.
