wants to get the procedure for quashing the FIR u/s 294 323 427 ipc

a criminal case u/s 294 323 427 has been registered and under investigation when i was at my government quarter situated in DRP line. The victim has threatened me and my wife and inspite of my request a fir has been lodged against me wants to quash that fir. what to do.

you can file a petition under section 482 of the code of criminal procedure before the high court of your jurisdiction and seek the quashment of impugned FIR and chargesheet. Also you can move an application before the trial court seeking discharge from the charges made against you in such conditions.

If police have not filed FIR against the other person you can seek court in Private complaint

U send a complaint to the senior authorities of police alleging the action taken against u .If u have any evidence that u r not involved in any crime specially when u were at ur govt quarter then u have a good case of alibi .The FIR can be quashed in High court and the proceedings in trial court can be stayed.
