Q: wants to get the procedure for quashing the FIR u/s 294 323 427 ipc

a criminal case u/s 294 323 427 has been registered and under investigation when i was at my government quarter situated in DRP line. The victim has threatened me and my wife and inspite of my request a fir has been lodged against me wants to quash that fir. what to do.

you can file a petition under section 482 of the code of criminal procedure before the high court of your jurisdiction and seek the quashment of impugned FIR and chargesheet. Also you can move an application before the trial court seeking discharge from the charges made against you in such conditions.If police have not filed FIR against the other person you can seek court in Private complaint

Q: Court of contempt filed on 14/12/2023 .Got an order (CONC 6645/2023)

I have got an order from Jabalpur high court to continue on my present post of posting.(WP 28488/2023)But didn't got joining .I filed for (CONC 6645/2023)but still they haven't given joining and they have filed vakalatnama.So I want to know that what will be next step as my hearing date is 5/2/2024.

as your contempt petition can be listed on 5/2/2024, the contemnor is supposed to file a reply over the petition as to why the order of court was not complied and why must he not be charged and prosecuted under the contempt of court act along with an affidavit.

Q: Pregnant Girlfriend treating for court/Rape case.

Hello sir! I was in a relationship in which my girlfriend became pregnant. At that time she said that I have nothing to do with her. I said that there will be problems in the future but she said that you should not be concerned with it. But as time passed, she started threatening me that this is yours and I will ruin your life. Since then I have been living a suffocated life, it has been 5 months now.Then She says I raped her, I will ruin your life for you.

firstly if she has not yet filed an FIR against you you can apply for an anticipatory bail before the competent court and also you can file a representation before the local police and SP that you are being threatened for such things by your girlfriend. also try to find such evidence in which this fact can be established that you and your girlfriend had consensual sexual relationship. also that you were in a relationship which was not broken from your side

Q: Police officer asked for aadhar and took photos

I and my friend were just gone for a walk at night after dinner, while we were coming back and were around 200 meters from our home 2 police officers stopped us and asked for our aadhar card, I gave them mine but they clicked photos of me and my aadhar, will it cause any issues in future??

this might not cause any issues but the police personnel do not have any right for the same. you can take action against them with writing a complaint application against them in the local police station and also the superintendent of police office seeking action against them

Q: Someone has open fake bank account of my firm.by using my documents.

Kisi ne mere documents use karke fake current account meri firm ka khulwa liya hai.maine kabhi us bank main nahi gaya nahi kabhi kisi form par sign kiye.mere farzi sign kar liye hai. Kya karu.

aap us Bank ke manager ko aur zonal officer ko letter likh ke account close karne ko kahein. na sune jaane par aap banking ombudsman me complaint bhi kar sakte hain aur saath hi manager ke khilaaf FIR bhi karwa sakte hai
