Q: Auction Property Buyer From Capri Global Capital Limited

In November 2025, I successfully won the bank auction for a property located at Gram Chhipawad, Harda, consisting of 8 Flats and 2 Godowns. I fulfilled my contractual obligations by depositing the full auction amount of Rs. 51,00,000/- (Fifty-One Lakhs) immediately. Despite receiving the full payment, the bank showed extreme negligence and caused an illegal delay of several months in issuing the Sale Certificate, which is a direct violation of auction guidelines and SARFAESI norms. Bank give me sale certificate on Feb. 5This initial delay pushed the registration process significantly. Finally, when I file a complaint on RBI, the bank Registered the registry on 11 March When I approached the Authorized Officer (Satyendra) on 24th March 2026 to collect the keys following the registration, he did not flatly refuse but began using delay tactics, stating they are "arranging" for the handover.

you can file a complaint under SARFAESI act and also approach high court for instant relief in getting the handover of the auctioned property.you have to collect other documents such as share certificate and auction certificate for filling of the cases

you need to fill application form in BOARD from which you have completed the examination. if the board does not act on your compliant then you can also file a WP before High Court. also you have to make a gazette of the correction you have made in name and DOB

ऐसा नहीं है। गूगल पे का रिकॉर्ड मान्य है आप अपने पेमेंट स्क्रीनशॉट के साथ साक्ष्य अधिनियम के अंतर्गत 65बी का शपथ पत्र संलग्न कर उसे न्यायालय में पेश कर सकते हैं। न्यायालय के समक्ष आप अपने द्वारा संलग्न किए जा रहे गूगल पे स्क्रीनशॉट में यह भी दर्शाए कि यह भुगतान सही खाते में किया गया है।

you can file a petition in high court for the same that your application is ignored. with a copy of representation which was submitted before Asst. Com. Tribal and another representation before Collector. the high court can grant you relief

Is it valid , a digital court summon send via whatsapp to a doctor for MLC evidence without seal and signature ?

yes. nowadays e-summons are issued without any physical seal or physical signature. but it does not means that the summon would not be signed. it must be certified with a e-signature or digital signature and you can also verify the summon through e-court app by searching for the case details
