Want to take legal action against doctor

Hi sir I'm from jabalpur MP sir my grandpa have demantia so he forget things so quickly so we visited a doctor in jabalpur Dr. ratnesh kurariya he gave him medicine and after 2-3 taking his medicine my grandpa is now completely mad he wants to run from home we even can't control him we have to feed him and we have to bath him he is completely mad before he is not like this so I want to take legal action on doc. For giving wrong medication how can I do that please help

You can file a case against him for medical negligence in consumer forum ,before that file an FIR against him which is necessary for initiating action against him and also a complaint to the Indian Medical Counsel .A writ petition can also be filled against him .Contact me for further help.

for medical negligence, you can take criminal as well as civil action against the doctor and demand compensation from the doctor. for further details and guidance in your legal issue, please contact me.

you can file a private complaint before the magistrate for the medical negligence. Before that, kindly check that the medicine prescribed was in relation to the disease your grandfather was suffering or not and also take a proper medical report.
