Vehicle Seized by Traffic Police

Yesterday I was caught by banglore police authorities for drunk and drive case while I was coming back from a office party. They have seized my bike. Now I don't have DL and my vehicle registration number is from Odisha. Sir, pls suggest how I can release my bike.

okay I understand your questions so your bike sized trafice police right. you hhave to aorich the court with advocate and give the plead gulty and you have to pay the fine amount Drunk and drive. with out DL and all so once apear before the court and pay penalty then court pass rhe order vehicle release so you shuld fallow legal procedure

sir you have to execute a indemnity bond by producing the registration document, insurance documents and other related documents and get it released, if police has given you notice to appear in court, then by approaching court through lawyer you can get it released by completing the formalities..

Dear Sir, Since you are running the vehicle without DL and registration number as such it is very difficult to get the vehicle from the Police. However, if FIR and charge sheet is filed by the Police then you can go to concerned Court and you may get release order on some conditions and accordingly you may approach any local advocate.
