Vehicle RC fraud case 420 wrong documents submitted by showroom To RTO

When i purchased new scooty, showroom agent told they will give everything including scooty. So i submitted my aadhar card nd electricity bill of the landlord. Recently i got to know that store agent changed the name in the electricity bill and submitted to RTO. They changed from my landlord name to my name and RTO told me its 420. What should i do.

Hi Sir, Kindly immediately approach the agency from where you bought the scooty and ask them to provide the RC and other documents as promised while buyin. For more clarification on the issue please feel free to call Thanks Adv Dr Preeti

hello if you think that there is a fraud that has been done to you then you can file a police complaint or if there is any other mental harassment then you can also make a private complaint to the court

you can file a criminal complaint against the agent and the company and you can send a legal notice to them regarding your case and you can seek for the redressal of the matter or you van simply file a consumer complaint agai the company
