Yes…if the behaviour is intolerable towards you then you can always file a defamation case against her. First first of all file a written complaint in the police station of your area regarding your grievances just in case she does anything nasty. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Yes, you can file a defamation suit. Defamation complaints can also be made at the nearest Police Station. I shall urge you to immediately drop a complaint in this regard. In the worst-case scenario, this shall be particularly important. Take screenshots of the threats on social media and draft a complaint in Thai regard.

Giving threat of suicide is a criminal offence and also posting defamatory statements on social media tantamount to offence. You can immediately file a police complaint against the same issue and can also proceed filing case against her in a court of law. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact Thanks

Yes you can initiate legal action against your sister in law. It is advisable to act promptly. You can file an intallah peshbandi application with the concerned DCP and SHO through a lawyer. Further you can file a law suit for defamation also
