there is a fake 376 case on my friend by a highly educated lady who is a doctor of medicine and has put false allegations that he had physical relationships on context of marriage. She herself used to book hotel rooms and used to travel to my friend's city which is 1000 km away by flight. He has got interim relief and his anticipatory hearing is tommorow. He has all the proof which says its a consensual relationship. Kindly help on what might happen.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that as the allegations are of 376 they are heinous but if your friend has evidence which proves that shows consent of that lady it will help him do give everything in detail what happened for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

As you have shared that it was a consensual relationship and there are proofs of the same, your friend may get anticipatory bail. On the same ground, he may also proceed for quashing of the FIR lodged.
