The company done the fraud with me for holidays membership.

First of all rather than going legally you should serve your company a legal notice and in that notice you can write down your grievances regarding the fraudulent acts done by them. After that if he fails to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime file a case in the court to claim your compensation.

You can serve them a legal notice telling them to pay the money back and if they respond we will proceed accordingly. Otherwise you can file a complaint for cheating if you want to put them behind bars. feel free to ask any more related questions.

File a complaint with the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum (district, state, or national) based on the value of the claim and If the fraud involves criminal aspects, you can file a First Information Report (FIR) at the nearest police station. Provide all details and evidence of the fraud.
