Q: My instagram account has been Suspended without any reason.

My instagram account has been Suspended 40 days ago when I've created another. I never posted anything against instagram policy or i never violated any instagram polices in my main Instagram account. I've try to reach instagram many times through and forms but I didn't get any response instead when I try to connect with instagram through my mother's profile, they deactivate that account to and now I'm having mental issues because of the lose of my main instagram account. Can Buyer file a complaint against the builder where builder have registered office instead of where project is.I want to file a complaint case against builder, his project is in Gurugram but registered office is in New Delhi.I am also a resident of New Delhi and all the communications/demand letters sent by builder is always from registered office i,e. in New Delhi.

Dear Sir/Ma'am I am in huge debt of about 1.25 cr from private people. They are holding my cheques as well. I have a job which pays me about 1 lac per month. I am married with one kid. In case of a dishonored cheque, lenders may file cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act but this does not necessarily lead to jail as courts often allow for settlements, further each case depends upon its own facts and circumstances.
