hi you could file anticipatory bail in court if there is any threat of arrest that you had not committed any offence and that you could file quash petition to quash the F.I.R as it is based on all false allegations

hello sir, Attempted suicide is a serious problem requiring mental health interventions, but it continues to be treated as a criminal offence under the section 309 of Indian Penal Code. If any person commits suicide, whoever abets the commission of such suicide, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine. at the same time Suicide attempt can be defined as a non-fatal self-directed potentially injurious behavior with an intent to die. if any act done by the victim, the accused is not responsible for that .in this case your friends mother and sister's intention is not to make her die. Also you mentioned that the defaulter had attempted suicide, You haven't mentioned their current status. If the defaulter had since been deceased, the consequences will be severe. They went to recover their money. mens rea(the intention)s is very important. prove your innocence or guilty of offence . You can consult a experienced criminal lawyer. If they are scared of arrest and remand they can take an anticipatory bail. This is your legal remedy
