You can apply for passport. For that you have to give undertaking that contain complete information regarding the pending criminal case against you. You shall be present before the court when required. The court will give you permission. Now apply for passport. At the time of appointment with passport office submit the order copy by the time of police verification, show the order copy of court permission, you will get your passport.
