Stay order to stop use of petitioner’s registration details

malafide intention of respondent unregistered organization for misusing the name and registration number of our original registered society for creating forged documents and to obtain grants by concerning government authority and to misuse that money.
so i want to know how we stop them to use our registration details along with their unregistered organizations name permanently.
that organizations president from rajasthan secretary by chattisgraha and tresurer from hydrabad. then which high court we can take the stay order.
our organization's regd. offi. in Ujjain and i am secretary of that organization and living in pune
