Hello, your query is not very much clear but as I presume from your query that victim /accused person is the director of any financial company and his signature has been foraged and on that basis a complaint is lodged. If this is the case then it can be solved and resolve on police station level and if not it can be easily proved in the court of law if signature is not yours.

Dear Sir, You may lodge complaint with higher authorities for forging signatures at the Police Station level. You may get the documents under RTI provisions and get some signatures verified and get a report accordingly then lodge a private complaint before Magistrate. You will get justice.
