Someone is blackmailing & Harasing me.

M kisi majburi ki wajh se call girl k work kr rhi thi bt mene wo sab chhod diya h, fir bhi ek police wala mujhe pareshan kr rha h warning de rha h ki agr mene uski baat ni mani means uske or uske partners ke sath end of the week sex ni kiya to mujhe arrest kr lega or mujhe jail bhej dega or meri family ko sb bta dega m kya kru wo baar baar dhamki diye ja rha h, or wo meri call bhi trace kr rha h,I'm a migraine & high BP patient, i can't tolerate thi please help me
You can always file a written complaint to the police station of your nearest area regarding your grievances. You can book that policeman under 354 IPC that is assaulting and outraging the modesty of the woman. For any other assistance I am be just a call away.

Submit a complaint in writing to the Commissioner of Police. Also, send an Email to the Commissioner of Police against these officers.

You can file a complain against the police official in the court .The court take action in your complain and gave the order of fir against the police official and also same to the SHO ,ACP,DCP and commissioner of police .You can file a complaint against the police official in the vigilance department.
