if you disclose all the real facts before the concerned police then police will not take any action against your ex boyfriend because you have clearly mentioned here that your boyfriend proposed for physical relation and you accept the same. so this physical relation was made on consent manner. thus no offense has been made against your ex boyfriend.
But if you conceal the facts and write in police complaint that your ex boyfriend had made physical reaction on the basis of false promise of marriage. According to the latent judgment of Supreme Court the offense of rape established if consent has taken on the basis of false promise of marriage. your other relationship hasn't concerned with your previous relationship.

If this sexual relationship was consensual, this case is not having a great chance to succeed. The only way this case can succeed is that you alleged that you’ve been sexually exploited on false pretext of marriage. If so is the case, you’ve a good case and there are great chances For the verdict to be in your favour. But you will have to present evidence that you were forced in sexual relationship on the pretext of Marriage

Hello, It is very critical condition with u. First how r u old? if u r above 18 years then complaint SSP of ur city. if he take no action in ur case then file a complaint case in court. In court show the phone calls and call details of that boy.
