Seeking help for a false kidnap case that my father has charged on me.

My father is an extreme addict and tortured my mother for 25 years and even me . So my mother and I had to put him in rehab. But my brother became against us when we put him in rehab. He managed to take help from local political guys and managed to get my father out of rehab within 3 days. Me and my mother lived separately from one week before this incident. So after coming out from rehab he filed a kidnapping case on me and my mother and three rehab people[one among them is dead]. along with divorce petition. Now we went to an advocate and he said he can only dismiss the case of only one person among the accused[me] but a huge amount is required[with tie up with local police station]. Is it possible to do that ? Remove one person from the group of accused . Please guide. Also my father refuses to give me back my passport and school certificates etc documents. If my case isn't dismissed can I still travel abroad? Pls help.
