Schedule cast certificate valid for government job?

Sir with due respect. My grand father is a bengali settler came to India from Bangladesh in 1960 Under D. N. K project. At the time government of India provide migration family card where his cast mentioned as khtriya which is a general cast in odisha but government of odisha provide settlement land patta where his cast mentioned as Namasudra which is a schedule cast in odisha. Hence my real cast is khtriya. But l got a schedule cast certificate showing my grand father land patta. recently got a government job. When I applying for the job I produce schedule cast certificate but I selected under unreserved category. Is it any problem for me in future...if any one complain about the cast certificate. Please help me sir...
Dear no need to worry if you are selecting in unreserved category instead of schecule cast . If you are elegible to selected as unreserved category that is good.....so don't worry it will be better in future .

As you have produced a false scheduled cast certificate, it is an offence under section 468 and 471. But you have not taken any benefit out of this false certificate so it is not covered under section 420.

According to the facts and circumstances as narated by you, my opinion would be : you need not worry about anything as you have your certificate showing schedule cast irrespective of the fact that you got job in unreserved quota. Nobody can ask for your certificates particularly for checking your religion or caste neither they could file any RTI for the same nor they could do the same for your grandfather. Even if anybody complain about you the most they could complain is that you have a certificate in which your caste is mentioned as schedule cast but you have got a job in unreserved category but that wont effect you because you have got plenty of explannations for that. Hope this satisafy you.

since you were selected under unreserved category and not under reservation there won't be any problem because you did not avail the benefit out of the misrepresentation. though i suggest to avoid any such problems in future you must get it declared in a gazetted newspaper your true cast and avoid producing your grandfather's land patta as a document to verify your cast.

what i could make out it there is concern for future problem if any one complainat about the benefit taken. no one can really assess what problem may arise or give assurity of same. but we can tell if you got a job as general candidate it will not effect you job.
