Respected Sir/Madam, nWhat to do for utopian address (which address doesn't exist at all) on FIR and respective false 498a, 307 cases regarding place of event? nWe are Hindu (Bengali). nA Hindu girl (Bihari) and her family forced my son in a temple marriage without Saptapadi around any type of flame. nShe along with her family had continuously denied the proposal for marriage registration. nShe fled away from the groom location mentioned on the marriage card after 75 days of mentioned temple marriage. No furniture was given. Neither any dowry was claimed nor any dowry was given. All ornaments of her including our given ornaments are with her side. nIt always used to seem from her psychological and physical behavior that she was previously married but not exposed yet. We don't have any proofs. Her paternal family neighbors suggested party office informing. nThe petitions regarding her fleeing away and further mental harassments from her over messages were already sent before the FIR.

dear client as per your query since this is false fir and false case filed against you then you can apply for quashing of the case in High Court you can consult me online by paying online consultancy fees..

whose address is utopian?. if she has given a wrong address while complaining you need not worry.... ad far as tracking her down and retrieving ornaments it's going to be difficult. get in touch with s s law offices
