The builder has cheated. Criminal case is filed at Saket court. FIR is done by IO. Charge sheet filed by IO. Lawyer required for taking the case forward. Case filed by retired defence officer.

It’s a state case, you will get assistant public prosecutor free for the sate but if you still need better care u can hire private council to assist pp for your case. In case builder has taken money then u need to file recovery suit and if builder is not performing his part then u need to go for specific performance! Plz b in touch

If the FIR and the chargesheet is already filed and if you have got sufficient evidence to prove the guilt of the opposite party then you are entitled for a healthy compensation and also the possession of the disputed land and property in question. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
