Q: Need divorce quickly, ready to pay with minimum amount for settlement
HiAfter one year of our marriage, my wife left me and she filed sec9 on me. I have made the decision that I am not ready to continue with her so I filed sec 13 1 ia.Court counselling failed and the next hearing is in June 2024.My problem is her intention was not to give divorce, no return back, no mutual divorce, only wasting time and demanding a huge amount up to 1cr. We are a middle class family. How to escape from this situation and please provide a strategy with a minimum amount & divorce

Your facts are not clear . As to in which case mediation failed . Ground of divorce is not disclosed. If she has filed sec 9 then you should contest the case properly proving that your wife left your house on her own and now filing frivolous cases against you.

Hello Team, My wife has filed a complaint in CAW Cell and we have already visited 3 times.Can you please let me know that my wife can filed a case in Court as well with the proceeding going in CAW Cell.

Yes , Your wife can file case of maintenance against you during the pendency of this CAW Cell case. If this case at CAW cell is not sorted out and no conclusio comes then CAW Cell will transfer this case to mahila court. There you would have to appear and contest .

I filed section 13 divorce case against wife, But wife father , wife mother & her boyfriend started torturing me, Also they have attak on me by sending some Gunda. You can file a well drafted complaint citing all such incidents to the police station and a copy of the same can also be filed in the concerned court where your Divorce case is going on . Suicide is no way to get rid of problems. Pursue the case with right consultation, you will get your desired result.

Actually hum ek flat me shift hue the to us lady ko bhi humne advance rent diya tha and in between hamara flat bikk gya usne kisi or ko bek diya or usne uss time advance rent k liye nahi bola but ab after many years when we will shift to another flat vo ghar agya hai ki uss time advance payment nhi di thi ab do

In these circumstances you should immediately send a legal notice to the landlord about harassing you by demanding advance rent which was already paid by you. You will be at safe side in case she pursue a legal action against st you in future.
