request for quashing FIR -Regarding

sir my mother and paternal uncle sold 4.69 acres of land to one third party for 1,88,000in 2006.(informing that civil suit pending that is partition suit filed by my uncle sons OS 120/1998 IN ongole court.)they orally agreed.but not in writing.Then my uncle sons got exparte decree in 2010.They threatened third party who in turn filed criminal case of cheating sec 120B and 420 r/w 34 ipc. As it is criminal case ,they require to appear in person for every vaida.Whether it is possible to transfer into a civil case by applying to high court of andhra .kindly tell idea.

There is a possibility to quash the FIR which is registered on them. When it got filed and in which district? If you want to challenge the FIR then you should apply for quash petition. If you have any further questions. Contact me
