Request for early fixing of date

30-Apr-2023 (In Criminal Law)

We are senior citizens and apply for quashing fir u/s 498a, 406, 120b in the Punjab &harayana high Court The fir is registered at gurdaspur. From last one year case has not been entertain by the high court. Can we go for early fixing of case under senior citizens act.
