if the stay order is granted by the High Court thenyou should challenge the stay order in a special appeal, or you can challenge the said order in supreme court,

you should also take criminal action against your landlord, file a complaint.

it seems you already have a counsel, you should discuss these options with him as soon as possible.

Move an application for vacation of stay on the pending and on going case in the Hon'ble High Court. Maybe this is a case of Rent Control and Eviction matter. More of the time the Hon'ble Court are in favor of tenants.

Your stay order which has been granted by High Court will have to be seen for answering you properly as the language of the order is necessary. If high court has granted stay it is not clear as to whether high court has disposed off the writ petition. Moreover you can still prove your case in trial court on crossexamination of landlord or other evidence that the agreement is a forged one.

You must file a stay vacation forthwith in the matter pending in the high court along with your counter affidavit. Ensue that a listing application is filed as soon as possible after this... I can draft you the same after due perusal of records.
