Stay ya quash ho sakta h contact karo aap phir bata paunga. Lekin case strong h stay ya quash ho jayega easily. Bail lene se koi faida nahi h iss samay kyu ki stay or quash ka chance aacha h aapke case mai

yes you can challenge the fir before hon'ble high court, and pray for quashing the fir with all this evidence and explaination, if he is in jail then you have to apply for bail first and then after you can go for quashing of fir, for more details contact, explain you in detail,
