Remedies against threatening for sexual assault and false sc st act

What options we have available in case where u are threatening by someone for false sexuality assault and sc st act accusations?

hello, The remedy is to register an FIR against that person U/s 506 ipc in the nearest police station of ur area and if police does not register FIR then file a complaint in the court of ur area. and if the FIR is registered against u then go to HIGH COURT for quashing the FIR
