Release of Ransom money through court

My name is Shyam. I live in Chennai. I was kidnapped on May 03 2017 in Bharatpur District, Rajasthan after being scammed by a Business deal. A ransom of Rs. 20 lakhs was demanded for my release. The said amount was transferred by my family to account number given by kidnappers. Meanwhile information was given to police regarding this kidnapping by my family. Fortunately police were successful in apprehending the culprits and the transferred ransom money was freezed in their account. The trial case is going on for 2 years. Also i had made an application to release my ransom money in the same court. So far there is no order regarding the same to release my money from the court. So kindly let me know any possible way of releasing this money through the court. We have all the solid evidence that money belongs to us.
