I received summons from Kasarvadavali police station and they informed me that you have to present on 03 Oct 19 in court 2. I knew i could receive this summons as I am aware this false complaint registered by my neighbour. IPC 447, 504, 506, 427, 4W Sec 34 are mentioned in summons. It's look he registered private complaint in court. Because on incident time, Everything was happened in front of police and polic denied to take NOC from both side. The matter is regarding to parking issue. Can you please suggest me what are the steps i have to follow.

As you said that it may be a private criminal complaint filed by your neighbour in court, You have to appear in the case by appointing an advocate and court may ask to you give appropriate security to the effect that you will attend the proceeding personally or through your advocate till the disposal of the case. You have to defend yourself against the allegations which might have levelled against you by your neighbour in court.
