FIR quashing can only be filed in the High Court in whose jurisdiction the FIR was filed. Even if the alleged incidents happened in some other city. Typical example of this are matrimonial cases in which FIR is lodged at the hometown of girl

You should file a Criminal Misdemeanor Writ Petition at the Allahabad High Court to cancel the FIR lodged there. If you require additional assistance, you may book a consultation. I will elaborate on this in a moment.

This seems to be a bit difficult because the FIR which has been lost by is by a police station, which is situated in Allahabad. Now Allahabad comes under the jurisdiction of the High Court of situated at Allahabad. Hence it is difficult to argue that the same matter may be taken up before the Lucknow bench since the jurisdiction of Allahabad rests with the court at Allahabad.
