Q: Time period for Filing of case

Sir I got a degree from a college in 2020 and found out being a fake degree as the affiliated university denied it's originality but I talked to the college and found no solution, that time I didn't even filled any fir against the college as everyone told it would not help me in any way. But now I think I was wrong to not file the case against the college and for that I want to know is there still time I can file a case against them and exactly how I can do that.

The nature of allegations made in the complaint appear to be quite serious. If a university is offering courses while at the same point in time is handing over fake certificates. since public has large is involved, it is advisable to seek proper legal recourse.

Q: Police calling my brother to police station

My brother’ friend got arrested for wrongdoings with 15yr girl. He called my brother in the hotel to check in with him as he told him that he wants to party. Then he asked my brother to bring some beer, protection and maggie and to drop her friend to the hotel as he didn’t have any vehicle. So my brother dropped the girl. Now police is calling my brother to police station. His name is not is FIR but cctv footage shows him 4 going in and out but when crime was committe my brother was not present.

At this stage, it is extremely important for your brother to cooperate completely with the investigating authorities so that his innocence is shown at each and every stage and his cooperation is noted. Q: My money has been forebited by a preschool franchise

I have signed a term sheet of a franchise And paid the total Franchise fees,Almost after 15 days i received a mail That my term sheet is terminated on My ill behaviour and my money has been forebited, I requested them to refund my money but they refused. My Advocate send a Legal notice to them but they haven’t responded, What should i do next. Please advise me. Thank you

Q: FIR against 9 person but arested only two of them

My sister was killed by her family member on 3 July 2024. Police arrested only two person but the FIR filled against 9 person, two person who got arrested has allowed for bail and other member is free from everything , police is not arresting them I need only justice my dead Sister has two child 4 years old girl is in my home so please help me

Q: Suicide Threat given by wife to me

My wife filed 498a , DV and 125 on me. She is demanding 25 lakhs for settlement. I have asked her to stay with me as I cannot give this amout if money. She mentioned to me u are harrasing me and I WILL COMMIT SUICIDE. I have already written email to SP office in lucknow. I want to know what more i can do in this.
