Q: How to retrieve documents from UP NHRC

I need to retrieve documents and pen drive from NHRC(national human rights commission) in UP who gave the case to the UP police, they diarized and then they asked me to relog a case with Delhi NHRC. Since I shall be proceeding with free legal aid in West Delhi for my case, how to get those documents( papers and pen drive - related to the my case , which I shall file under free legal aid once I go to india)

I am sorry that this has happened to you now in the present case what you can do is one file an FIR with the police against the delinquent employees. But you can also do is file a complaint with the SP In case the police officer is not writing the FIR. In case that doesn’t work, then you may file a complaint with the magistrate directly. I have govt hospital injury medical and other evidence but police done wrong investigation and put closer report. Police even not taken our statement put closer report on our FIR We have put protest petition and then also rejected We have gone in revision but ADJ then also rejected What should I do now ?Should I do Private complian case or writ in hc Pls give your valuable suggestions
