Q: leaving india to study in another country

if i have a pending court case in india, will i be able to leave india to study in a foreign country? i have a fir registered under section 67b of IT act 2000 and it will be cbi vs me.my proceeding starts from april or may 2025 btw. so before that can i get visa and leave india to study and come back whenever my trial dates approaches.

Yes it's possible but first you will use tourist visa then indian govt allow you for student visa because first you show your record for your better character & tourist visa allow for taking the admission procedure of the college or university high court allow it.

Q: How to get birth certificate if my parents never registered for it.

Sir , my question is that My parents never registered my birth, and I am now 23 years old. I would like to understand the process of obtaining a birth certificate at this stage and any other steps . What documents will be needed ? Thank you for your assistance.

DM or SDM report submission in your nagar nigam area & apply the birth certificate with two witness of your neighbous & detail of your parents documentation with your local sabhasad or gram panchayat report
