In this regard, i advice you to approach the Magistrate court under whose jurisdiction the FIR has been registered and then proceed there by citing that the said complaint is motivated and is example of over implication by your wife. First, apply for your married sisters thereby stating that she has nothing to with the matrimony and is not the part of the shared household and were living distantly. Dear Client, You can apply for AB, at session court, where there are chances of granting AB to your Mother and Two married sister, rest for your father how much involvement is as in complaint or FIR But for you court may not grant at session court, but from High Court . You may contact for the same legal process. pls. rate and put ur review. Thanks
