Compliant pending in police station but in the mean time complainant settled issue with accused . What safeguards are available for accused in future against issued compliant again by the complainant
Well if the police station as already registered the FIR on the basis of the complaint, the only remedy one has is to go to the high court for quashing the FIR after going through the Sessions Court of your respectable district
