Quashing petition against Wife's FIR for 498a and other related sec

Need to file Quashing petition for FIR (for sections 498a, and other sub sections, DV etc.) filed in June 15, 2023 by wife in vengeance to Divorce filed by me on April 13, 2023.

Need to check the Court papers and the order sheet of all the dates of the Lower Court to understand the present situation before we can move to High Court for quashing of charges of 498A and Domestic Violence.

dear client as per your query since you want to file for quashing of the FIR ( sections 498a) you need to file in High court as only High court as the authority and power of quashing the FIR is chargesheet filed or not.

Yes. I would suggest you to file an appeal for Quashing when the Police have filed the Chargesheet. It would make more sense to the case and everything, the counter blast can also be proved then beyond reasonable doubt. Regards

dear client, only high court has power to quash the FIR so you may contact any lawyer who is practicing in high court of your State.. I'm practicing at Punjab and Haryana High Court at Chandigarh .. you may contact me if u r living in Punjab or Haryana
