Quashing of Charge sheet in high court

I have approached High Court advocate for quashing of False Charge sheet filed against me with sufficient evidences to quash the case. Advocate has filed quash petition in high court and court has issued interim order indicating as remaining accused to not to attend lower court. Quash petition has been filed one year ago and still pending. Nw my lawyer has been compromised with oppste party and trying to delay the quash. Now can I change the lawyer and if so the existing quash petition continu

Hi. How can you say that he has been compromised if you have any proof then only you should tell this . And for the you can approach bar council for roper relief. Regarding advocate change you have all right to change your advocate any point of time. You can get NOC from him and engage any other lawyer.

Yes, you can change the lawyer by taking NOC from him and engage new Advocate. Same quash petition will continue. Secondly you get issue notice and terminate his services and engage another Advocate. It is your choice to change the Advocate

1. you can collect the NOC from your advocate and change the Advocate of your choice. 2. you have to collect the entire case file before taking NOC from your advocate. 3. you can appear before the court when your case is called out and submit that you are not ready to compromise.
