hai sir.. I will assist you with respect to the issue. it requires more details to answe your question. there is no time limit to quash the FIR. it depends on advocate and also court. some times it may be delayed for various reasons

50 k for quash the case in High court but cannot say exact time it will take i need to know fact and circumstances of the he case you can spa to any friend of you through him can we file case and ineed more information about your case

Dear Sir, Quashing cannot be guaranteed however you can file quashing petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C and try for staying the further investigation. Further, if charge sheet is filed then you have an option to file discharge application and if Trial Court refuse to discharge you then you may again go to the Court for setting aside such orders passed by the Trial Court. You may seek a remedy from High Court in the above proceedings that you may stay abroad and undertake to attend Trial Court and two occasions that is on the day of charge and on the day of recording of 313 of Cr.P.C statement.
