You can file under 482 crpc to quash proceedings. Need to sign an settlement affidavit and if the offence doesn’t have any adverse impact on society the high court can quash further proceedings. Please provide the details and facts of the case.

If the matters is settled between the parties , then the person who filed complaint against you must sign the affidavit stating that he has settled this case and has to file it before highcourt and you must file a petition to quash the fir / chargesheet . Meanwhile, you may get stay of your case in lower / local court from highcourt . Then the highcourt may ask the police to enquire whether the case is settled and after getting report from police and after verifying the affidavit the highcourt may quash your case . If the case against you is of very serious nature like murder, pocso offences etc it is very difficult to get quashed .
