Prepare a joint compromise/settlement deed. Obtain separate affidavits of the complainant for both cases. File Section 482 CrPC petitions before the jurisdictional High Court. Upon notice, the State and complainant will be heard, and the Court may quash both cases if satisfied. Although both cases are State cases and non-compoundable, they can be legally disposed of only through quashing by the High Court, not by withdrawal before the trial court.

You need to file a joint affidavit in application u/s 482 CrPC(now 528BNSS) before the high court in which you will state that she want to withdraw the case and she will also give the consent. Court will direct the parties to verify the compromise through the court below. After it, the verification will be submitted in the High Court and your Case will be Quashed. If you want to follow the process. Contact me on my no. Or WhatsApp whatever comfortable.
