Q: Quash the criminal case pending in cjm court

I have pending two criminal case institute on FIR 1. u/s 354,354d and 506 ipc stage of case : pending for cross examination of PW1 and 2. U/s 65 ,67 of IT Act Stage of case : summon to PW1 .In both case the complainant was same and accused also same . Now complainant don't want to pursue the case and want to disposal of case .she agree for withdrawal and both Case is State case

Prepare a joint compromise/settlement deed.Obtain separate affidavits of the complainant for both cases.File Section 482 CrPC petitions before the jurisdictional High Court.Upon notice, the State and complainant will be heard, and the Court may quash both cases if satisfied.Although both cases are State cases and non-compoundable, they can be legally disposed of only through quashing by the High Court, not by withdrawal before the trial court.

Q: Court Marriage Registration Update

I have done court marriage in sept23 in gajiyabad.Now I want to update my marriage date to nov 2025.

Once a court marriage is registered, the date mentioned on the marriage certificate becomes the official and legally valid marriage date. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or update this date to a future one, such as November 2025.If you wish, you can certainly hold a ceremonial or social marriage celebration in November 2025, but please note that the legal date of marriage will remain as recorded — September 2023.

What is the cost to get a certified copy of chargesheet from the Surajpur District court in Greater Noida? If the lawyer of the victim applies.

2000 rs for certified chargesheet within 7 days but if u want urgent copy then you'll pay 3000 get same day or second day certified chargesheet copy in surajpur district court in greater Noida thoda kam jyada bhi ho sakta h

Q: Can a police officer file a complaint after 10 days of such incident?

Me and my gf was sitting in a car (kind of had a moment) suddenly a police officer came and recorded us (not sure if he actually did)& started asking for our idproofs we showed him & he said what we were doing was wrong we then asked him to settle the matter and delete the video. We both are adults. After lot of arguments he left us taking no money or filing any complaint but after few days he called and threaten us to give money or else he’ll file a complaint. we gave him money now he want more

I don't have to pay any money and if he troubles you again then complain to his higher officer, after that everything will get fine automatically. If he had to take any action then he would have taken it then and it would not have bothered you.
