I had a sex with sex worker in hotel and paid her money directly, she did it with her consent.But after 8months she has filed rape case and said i blackmail for sex and now asked for money as out of court settlement

If she had already filed the case then you have to defend yourself against her. You can file your reply in which you can always show that she’s a sex worker and you must be having the WhatsApp chats or audio recording before going in the hotel. Collect them and place them.
