Rajkumar ne Rahul jo ki ek patte ki zamin ka malik hai unse wo zameen bechne ke liye apne naam per agreement karwaya ki mai zamin bech doonga aur aapko apka hissa mil jayega. Agreement ke bad bahot se logo ne us zameen per paisa lagaya . Rajkumar ka achanak tabiyat bigad gya aur unki mrityu ho gyi. Ab Jin logo ne Paisa lagaya tha zamin pe wo Rajkumar ke wife aur bachho ko dhamki de rahe hai aur pareshan kr rahe hai .Aur Rajkumar ki patni se kah rahe ki ab tum hum logo ka paisa do. agreement to selling registered can be enforced by filing a suit and any payment done of which there is proof can be recovered by filing suit depending on evidence Illegal ways of recovery invite legal action in form of fir injunction suit and action from manila ayog .I think manila aayog of district should be approached primarily

Rahul ki पत्नी को बिल्कुल भी परेशान होने की जरूरत नहीं है क्योंकि यह दस्तावेजों से साबित नहीं हो सकता है कि उसके मृतक पति के इस मृत kritya में वह किसी भी प्रकार से प्रत्यक्ष अथवा परोक्ष रूप से शामिल है । जब कभी कोई जमीन खरीदी या बेची जाती है तो दोनों पक्षों के कुछ कर्तव्य होते हैं ‌ कि वह उस जमीन के टाइटल को स्पष्ट करने की वह जमीन असली में Bhulekh रिकॉर्ड में उसका मालिक कौन है तथा उस जमीन पर कोई पहले से Koi लोन To Nahin चल रहा है. यानी कि वह किसी लोन के एवज में कहीं बंधक तो नहीं रखी गई है । यदि इस जमीन पर कोई अपराधिक kritya हुआ है उसके लिए मृतक ही जिम्मेदार है हां दीवानी के मसले में थोड़ी मुश्किल आ सकती है । किसी प्रकार के स्पष्टीकरण के लिए आप किसी भी दिन 6:00 से 9:00 के मध्य संपर्क कर सकते हैं किंतु पूर्व में अपॉइंटमेंट लेकर संपर्क करने से असुविधा से बच सकते हैं ।
