In Which Type Of Case Conviction Chance Is More ? My Advocate Tells Me That After Filing FIR ; as it will be a state case ; thus the case Generally Spoiled By Police And Public Prosecutors Even IF They Are Monitored by us . Is It True ?
Yes the chances are 50-50 but filing a private complaint with evidence being monitored by us will lead to definate coviction as we ourself will lead the entrie case and the section which involve the offence have same tenure of imprisonment so the chances in filing private complaint is much better than FIR

Before filing private complaint, you need to first avail the remedy of lodging FIR with concerned police station. If despite your complaint, police don't take appropriate steps or they just register your nc or they direct you to go for private complaint, then you can go for private complaint. if your case is strong and there is sufficient material against accused, then conviction will happen.
