Police Not Write Fir In Attempt To Murder

Police is not written fir while the person is try to attempt to murder. Police said the medical report is not mention serious issue please suggest me

if police not written FIR you have another option to lodge FIR. U should approach the concerned court in 156(3) crpc. If The concerned majistrate satisfied by the your opinion then He ordered to police for written your FIR. for more details . contact me.

you can go with 156(3) crpc .. from court it will help you and it is for exact remedy.. have to discuss about the issue and.... you have medical or not which some evidence which can prove it in the court .. you can file fir through 156(3) crpc

If police is not written FIR in PS then you can go Near SSP office give a application in written form when SSP is not mentioned in FIR then you can go direct section 156(3) in magistrate matter in which state share your proper information I will be help you

if police is not written first information report then you should go to senior superintendent of police if they also delay your f.i.r..then you must have file section 156(3) criminal procedure code in the competent court against that criminals. court will surely order in your favour.

यदि पुलिस अधिकारी द्वारा attempt to मर्डर के मामले में f.i.r. नहीं लिख पाई जाती है या नहीं लिखी जाती तो आप कोर्ट के माध्यम से 156 3 सीआरपीसी की प्रोसिडिंग के तहत अटेम्प्ट टो मडर की f.i.r. लिखवा सकते हैं
