Physical Relationship Made On By Manipulating Me On The Name Of Love

I met a guy on instagram. After some days of friendship and chatting he said he loves me and will always be with me.I trusted him.After some days he asked for physical relationship. By blindly trusting his love and his words i agreed to make physical relationship. After 5-6 times of physical relations then he started asking for more sexual favours then i refused to give in bcz i did not felt comfortable nd felt like he is just using me . When i refused to continue physical relationship he left me and blocked me from everywhere. Can i take some legal action against him as he used me physically by showing fake love. Though m an adult and he never promised to marry with me. He just manipulate me by his words of love to get sexual favours

Yes you can file a complaint against him under section 376/406/420 IPC then after that register a FIR against him and the concerned police officer shall arrest him as per law. We will oppose his bail before bail. If you would like to help with me then you can connect with me.

If there was a physical relationship between you both then you can always file a complaint to the police station according to your jurisdiction and register a FIR against him under section 376. And if the police fail to attend to your grievances then you can also approach the court under section 156(3) for the same. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Yes mam you can take legal action against him of you want filed a complaint first then register the case in court with the help of advocate . You can punish him as he use you through the court take all legal proceedings and knowledge from advocate

You can definitely file a rape case against him under the new law ie. BNS for taking undue advantage. He will be immediately put behind bars. Also you can file case for sexual harrasment and outraging the modesty of women.

you can file a complaint against him for outraging the modesty ( in Indian law we call it Rape) and by doing that the person will be arrested by the concerned police. Legally this is what I can ask you to go ahead with and once you are filing the complaint the police is going to take the action
